Exchange Policy


At Prisme.pk, we want you to love your jewellery. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Exchange Period
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Only items purchased directly from Prisme.pk’s official website are eligible for exchange.
  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Customized or personalized jewellery, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
  • Earrings and other hygiene-related items, unless defective.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer care team within 3 days of delivery via phone, email.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for returning your item.

Exchange Options

  • Exchange for another product of equal or lesser value (we’ll refund any difference).
  • Exchange for a product of higher value (you’ll pay the price difference).
  • Receive a gift card for the value of your returned item, to use on future purchases.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, Prisme.pk will cover return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges due to personal preference or sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Final Review

  • All exchanges are subject to inspection. Prisme.pk reserves the right to make the final decision based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to this policy.
