Refund Policy

At Prisme.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if you receive a product that is not up to our standards, we’re here to help.

When Are Refunds Available?

  • Refunds are only offered if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

What Cannot Be Refunded?

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale items, discounted products, and customized jewellery (unless faulty).

How to Request a Refund

  • Email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our side.
  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during return transit.
